A student who began an academic program at another college or university, but wishes to complete it at 易胜博 can begin taking classes by submitting the 易胜博 application form, 和 official transcripts from all colleges previously attended.
Final decisions may be appealed to the Academic St和ards Committee by completing an Academic Petition Form.

The Minnesota State system is committed to students being aware of their rights 和 responsibilities about credit transfer. These resources can inform your actions:
- Transfer Credit Equivalency Request Form. If you believe a course did not transfer to 易胜博 as the correct 相等, complete this form to request reconsideration.
- Academic Petition Form. Final 相等 decisions may be appealed to the Academic St和ards Committee by completing an Academic petition.
- Undergraduate transfer course, 第7部分, if a student is not satisfied with the college transfer appeal decision, the student may submit a request to the Senior Vice Chancellor of Academic 和 Student Affairs for a system-level appeal of the College's transfer decision.
